Training for specialists of Pavlodar CSL

On the 25th of March within the framework of implementation of the project "SMART-KITAPHANA" specialists of the regional library organized a seminar-practical for the librarians of Pavlodar City CBS "Bibliographical description. Compliance with GOST 7.1-2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographical description. General requirements and drawing up rules".

The main purpose of the event is the study of modern trends in bibliographical activity. T. Muratova, head of local history bibliography and digital technology department, introduced the main provisions of the State Standard, changes in the rules of analytical bibliographical description. Librarians and specialists of the department of funds formation held a workshop "Bibliographical description. Work on mistakes", consultations on entering information into the electronic catalog and bibliographic databases "Books" and "Articles".
