Electronic delivery of documents

We accept orders from individual consumers to the electronic copies of documents from Pavlodar RUSL. Electronic copies obtained from funds of regional library, may be used only for research and educational purposes. Electronic copies of books are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights” (Chapter II, Art. 20, p. 2).

You can order electronic copies of documents from RUSL: magazine and newspaper articles; excerpts from books, reference books, monographs lawfully published and copyrighted.
