"The Best Young Librarian of 2021"

According to the results of the final of the national competition "The Best Young Librarian of 2021", dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the outstanding figure of librarianship in Kazakhstan - N.K.Dauletova, the librarian of Mayskaya CLS* Sayazhan Sharmanova took honorary 2nd place and was certified for 100.0 thousand tenge.

Sayazhan is a representative of the new generation of librarians, who pays great attention to self-education, relying on the main treasure - a book. She conquered the audience and the jury with her creativity and approach, confirmed the high level of professionalism, presented her successful projects, expressively read an excerpt from the work of S. Toraigyrov “Kamar-sulu”. In the difficult epidemic situation she did not sit idle, but contributed to the fight against the pandemic. She sewed masks and gave them away for free to the residents of the district.

We wish Sayazhan courageous thoughts, implementation of interesting ideas, not to rest on one's oars, to conquer new heights of library sphere.
