Master class «Fundamentals of Kaizen»

On April 5 the regional library held a master class "Fundamentals of Kaizen" as part of the project "Business community", organized by the Center for Creative Creativity. The master class was conducted by Renat Karibai, an entrepreneur and kaizen expert.

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that means "kai + zen," that is, continuous development. Continuous development of oneself as a person and a specialist, of work and the production process, of relationships with clients, and of the environment as a whole.

The master class was attended by college and university students of economic specialties, as well as young people of the city. In the course of the meeting, the speaker told the children about where the concept of "kaizen" came from and what its philosophy is. In the second part of the master class the participants were divided into two teams and played a business game, which consisted of two rounds.

Through the business game, the young people mastered the "5S technology" and together with the team found ways to develop. At the end of the event, the young people shared their opinions and thanked the speaker for such an interesting and informative master class.
