Cognitive lesson "Kazakhstan is a space power"
On April 12, on the 60th anniversary of the World Cosmonautics Day, an educational lesson "Kazakhstan is a space power" was held at school №42 for pupils of grade 5B. Yuri Gagarin was the first pilot-cosmonaut, Alexei Leonov was the first to conquer open space, Valentina Tereshkova was the first woman-cosmonaut. After 30 years, on October 2, 1991, the first Kazakhstani cosmonaut Tokhtar Aubakirov flew into space, and Talgat Musabayev went into space three times, Aydin Aiymbetov flew into space in 2015. Baikonur is a cosmodrome in Kazakhstan and is of great international importance for communication and development of metrology. The quiz "The Mysterious World of Space" and a review of the literature "The Road to Space" were held.
