Educational program “Making reports competently”!

On October 23, an educational program “Making reports competently” took place for methodologists and selection officers of libraries in Pavlodar region. The specialists of the regional library gave methodological recommendations on the main issues of preparing the annual reporting of the Central Library System, filling out the statistical reporting of libraries, in particular the forms: “1-Library”, “6-HK”, the database “Libraries of Kazakhstan: figures and facts”, library passports, tables on digitization. Both positive aspects and shortcomings of rural libraries were noted in the preparation of annual plans, work reports, identified the main topics and priority areas that librarians should take into account while planning work for 2020. As a handout, an electronic folder was proposed with methodological recommendations and materials on the topic of educational program.
