Excursion to the library "Books live here!"

On March 2, at the Children's Reading Center, there was a tour of the library for 6th grade students of secondary school No. 39.

The librarians demonstrated the young excursionists the library halls renovated after major repairs, which now provide all the conditions for learning and effective pastime for young people.

The participants got acquainted with book exhibitions, drew attention to the fact that there is modern computer equipment that will help to find the necessary information on the Internet for preparing an exam or lesson and comfortable reading areas. The children were provided with a variety of children's magazines, encyclopedias, illustrated reference books. They learned a lot of interesting and informative things. The excursion ended with a master class "A Gift for Mom" - the children made gifts for their beloved mothers and grandmothers with their own hands. Everyone got a lot of impressions and promised to visit the library again.
