Intellectual club “Zerde”. Hour of poetry “Kalamger Onegesі”

On November 4, employees of the children's literature department spent a poetic hour “Kalamger onegesi” at school number 39. The away meeting of the Zerde club is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the children's writer and poet, journalist and local historian Mubarak Zhamanbalinov.

There was a conversation “Books live among the people” about the life and work of our countryman. Pupils of the 5 “D” class took part in the literary podium “Reading the Poems of M. Zhamanbalinov”. Schoolchildren read verses such as “Generous Earth”, “Spring”, “Summer”, “Fashion”, “Rain”, “Song of the Aspen” in translations of Dm. Priymak, G. Krugyakov and R. Tamarina. M. Zhamanbalinov’s books published in different years in Kazakh and Russian languages were presented at the exhibition “A bright star of children's literature”.
