Qualified staff is the key to successful development of the library

On February 21 was held the first class of the year for young librarians of the regional library named after S. Toraigyrov. Methodist B. Borombaeva held a training session "I never...", which helped to tune in a favorable psychological way, increase the level of perception.

The method of preparing and conducting the bibliographical review was explained by T. Muratova, head of the Department of local librarianship and digital technology. Practitioners say that this is the most effective way to bring information about documents to consumers.

Young professionals were given homework to prepare a review of books and articles from periodicals for the next session.
