Literary hour “Zhambyl Zhabayev. Books from a rare fund"

This year our country celebrates the 175th anniversary of the great son of the Kazakh people, akyn-improviser Dzhambul Dzhabayev. His name is written in golden letters in the history of the cultural heritage of the Kazakh people.

On February 24, the employees of the Border Service Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar region had an opportunity to enjoy the review of "Books from a rare fund".

Particular attention was paid to the first collected works, published in Almaty in 1946 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the people's akyn. It includes the pre-revolutionary works of the akyn, aitys, songs, and poems.

The participants were given an excursion through the halls of the library.
