Today, in the framework of a new youth project "ART-STUDIO" on the eve of the spring holiday "Nauriz" creative creative center organized a master class on felting. Damir Smykov, a teacher at the Pavlodar Art School, told guests about felting techniques, showed the technology of wet felting and the children tried to create a general spring panel.
