"Marker Sketching Masterclass"

In the early days of hot and vibrant summer, the Creative Center of the Regional Library hosted a "Marker Sketching Masterclass" for the youth of the city. The workshop focused on teaching the technique of creating quick and expressive marker drawings.

The masterclass was conducted by Ksenia Dubovaya, the head of the "ArtLandiya school" studio, and Diana Neobutova, a teacher at the studio. Participants learned that there is a wide variety of materials and tools available for creating sketches. They discovered that precise shapes, perfect rendering, and deep meaning are not necessary in sketching.

They also learned about different types and techniques of sketching employed by various professionals whose work involves creating sketches, drafts, blueprints, and doodles. The participants were provided with options for sketch subjects and a range of colorful markers. Each person chose what they wanted to try drawing.

Some participants encountered this technique for the first time and were worried that they wouldn't succeed. However, thanks to the fun and supportive atmosphere, as well as encouragement from each other, they were able to create their own vibrant and lively sketches. Time flew by unnoticed, and everyone was very pleased with their work.
