National Currency Day

On November 14, S. Toraighyrov Regional Library held an evening event dedicated to the National Currency Day - Tenge. Otarbayev Farhat, the leading specialist of the department for monitoring the financing of organizations and consumer protection of financial services from the Pavlodar branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke about the history of the emergence and implementation of Tenge in Kazakhstan; held a quiz among the guests: students and teachers of the Pavlodar College of Technical Service and InEU College. Library experts conducted a literature review on the book, coins and notes exhibition from different countries. Students recalled proverbs and sayings about money, solved riddles about Tenge. The event was attended by over 40 people.
