Discussion of the article "Lessons of Independence"

On the eve of the national holiday - the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the staff of the regional library discussed the article of the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev "Lessons of Independence. The article provides a necessary excursus to the fundamental principles that formed the basis of the Kazakhstan way.  The historical stages on the way of acquiring Independence are described in detail, also the difficulties that Kazakhstan had to face in the early 90's. The way of formation of sovereign Kazakhstan is described.
