October 26 in the regional library a legal hour "Administrative responsibility of teenagers" with the participation of the senior inspector of juvenile police central internal affairs department of Pavlodar, major of juvenile police Alkeeva Asiya Zhaslanovna, captain of justice, professor of the Training Center of MIA RK Askhat Serikovich Baltabaev and students of the Higher College of Management and the Higher Innovative Multiprofile College.

During the conversation, in order to educate the legal consciousness of students, a social video "Prevention of offenses among young people" was shown and the issues of the procedure for bringing to civil, disciplinary, administrative responsibility were considered.
