PRESENTATION OF A CHILDREN'S SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL FAIRY TALE
November 30 at 15.00 in the conference-hall of the regional library there was a presentation of the book by Lyudmila Bevz and Maral Tazhenova "Journey Dosik in time: a tale of the ancient Pavlodar".
Pavlodar's paleontology and archeology was first written as a tale. The scientific and educational fairy tale about Ancient Pavlodar is written in children's language so that young Pavlodar residents can study prehistoric Pavlodar together with the hero of the fairy tale — an inquisitive Dosick.
A bilingual page-turner book translated by Aibek Oralhan and illustrated by young artist Leila Anderson.
Maral Tazhenova, the author of the project, told about how the idea of the project originated, why such a target audience was chosen, what path the book took. Whether it is difficult to process a scientific text into a fairy tale, what experience the author gained in writing a scientific and cognitive fairy tale, whether there will be a sequel - these questions were answered by the co-author of the book, Lyudmila Bevz. The director of the Pavlodar House of Geography A. Vervekin, the head of the museum Yertis G. Alieva, a teacher of history at Toraygyrov University, PhD —Azerbaijan. The little readers, for whom this book was created, are also the ones for whom it was written. Members of the "Kalamger" club at the Palace of Schoolchildren thanked the authors of the book and presented a beautiful musical number. The book is a limited edition, but there was a lot of people who wanted to buy it. The guests of the evening agreed that it was necessary to reprint the book for children's and school libraries in the region.
