Round table "Álem tanyǵan Abaı"

On February 13, a round table entitled “Álem tanyǵan Abaı” was held at the Mashkhur Zhusip mosque, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev, the great Kazakh poet, composer, enlightener, and public figure.

The event was attended by the chief imam of the Pavlodar region Zholdas Kospakuly, Ph.D. Serik Yelikbay, professor of PSU named after S. Toraigyrov, Ph.D. Adilbek Amrenov, teacher of PSPU associate professor, Daniyal Asenov Abaiologist and zhyrshy, imam of the city mosque, students of the madrasah, students who spoke about Abai’s life and work, philosophical thoughts, read verses and words of edification of Abay. The Regional Library named after S. Toraigyrov organized a book exhibition "The World of Abai", which presented books, works of scientists about the life and work of Abai.
