The current situation is assessed as a systemic crisis of reading culture. And this crisis has come to a critical limit - reading neglect. There are attempts underway around the world to support reading.

Among the implemented projects, programs and events there are both formal and socially significant, effective ones. But, one way or another, people still read. When reading special literature, organizational skills come to the fore, then reading fiction - prose, poetry - also requires full emotional development of the reader's personality and many other points, including the ability to enjoy the author's style, the reading process itself.
