Thematic evening “Our history is in street names”

On November 28, employees of the Children Literature Department of the Regional Library in Secondary School No. 15 held a thematic evening called “Our history is in street names” as part of the Zerde intellectual club.

Pupils listened to information from the history of Pavlodar, about old and new streets, about historical and cultural traditions in street names. Schoolchildren took part in the interactive quiz “Pavlodar from A to Z”, the game of local history “Sprint”, recalled the names of famous compatriots and participants of the Great Patriotic War, Heroes of the Soviet Union in the names of the city streets. The evening ended with a review of local history publications provided at the book exhibition "With Love for Pavlodar Land".
