Training for rural librarians

Professional development of librarians is one of the main areas of improvement of libraries. The "School of Professional Excellence" organized on the basis of the regional library is a set of interrelated, complementary forms of training organized for all categories of librarians, carried out in a certain sequence and with a certain insert periodicity. The form of classes is chosen depending on the level of training of library staff.

On February 9-10, for rural librarians was organized methodological and bibliographic workshop-training: "Bibliographical description of books and articles: new rules and requirements. On the first day of training the workers of the regional library Muratova T. and Zhangazinova S. gave theoretical knowledge on the subject: "The correctness of the description of information-bibliographical materials according to State Standard 7.1-2003 "Bibliographical record.
