Creative evening in memory of Victor Tsoi was held in the Cinema Club of the Regional Library named after S. Toraigyrov

On June 17 at the regular meeting of the Cinema Club in the Center for Creative Creativity an evening in memory of Victor Tsoi took place. The founder and leader of the rock band "Kino" became a real legend in his time. "Blood Group", "Star by the Name of the Sun" - the songs, on which the whole generation grew up. Even over 30 years after his death, his music is alive and sound in the performance of many of his admirers. Tsoi's compositions are timeless, his music is popular today both among those who used to go to his concerts, and among modern youth.

Members of the cinema club and guests of the evening decided to remember interesting moments of the artist's biography and sing his famous works. The evening began with a screening of the music video "My Friends". It is one of the very first songs, written by the musician in 1981, when he was 19 years old.

In the framework of the evening, visiting cards of "Kino" group - "Schoolgirl", "Star by the Name Sun", "Cuckoo" and others - sounded in the performance of rock musicians of the city. The musicians also told about their association with Victor Robertovich's works. The audience sang along the familiar lines.

In addition to live performance of songs of "Kino" band, guests were shown a presentation of life and work of Victor Tsoi, an exhibition of books about the band and its leader, as well as demonstration of music videos and fragments of movies with him.

At the end of the evening the participants and the audience went to the mural with the picture of Victor Tsoi and made a collective photo for the memory, thanked the organizers for the evening and all together performed the final song.
