On March 2, the regional library held a music lesson " A person whose flame never goes out ", dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh composer, People's Artist of the USSR, laureate of the State Prize of the USSR, Honored Worker of Arts Mukana Tulebaev.

Mukan Tulebaev enriched Kazakh music with expressiveness and brightness, and his opera "Birzhan and Sara" put the national opera on a par with the masterpieces of world opera art.
