Master class on preparing the Kazakh dish “Zhent”
Industrial training masters from the Pavlodar College of Service and Nutrition showed a master class on preparing the Kazakh dish “Zhent” - a traditional Kazakh dessert that is worth trying because of its unique taste. This dish is prepared in about 15 minutes by mixing fried crushed wheat with dried cottage cheese, and then with adding honey, sugar and melted butter. “Gent” is usually served with tea with milk. This delicacy is not only tasty, but also very healthy. It can be stored for up to two months.
