Literary and Poetry Club "Istoki"
The literary and poetic club "Istoki" was organized in 2014. All work of the club is initiated by the members of the association and is based on the principles of respect for the interests and views of each participant. The purpose of the club: to create conditions for self-realization and satisfaction of aesthetic needs of amateur poets and popularization of the poetic genre.

Movie Club
Meetings of movie club for all comers. Participants of the club are pupils, college and university students and specialists in different fields. At the meetings, viewers watch a movie in English with subtitles, then work with words and expressions taken from the movie. Work is done in pairs, groups, and individually. The session lasts from 2.5 to 4 hours.

The "Olketanu" Club
The "Library and Regional Studies" project has been running a "Olketanu" club since 1998 that brings together historians, archaeologists, researchers, students and museum staff. Since 2013 cycles of Lessons of Local History have been held within the framework of "Olketanu" club. The aim of the project: promotion of Kazakhstan patriotism on the basis of wide propaganda and study of the history and culture of the native land; satisfaction of the information requests, contributing to the development of the readers' creative abilities; promotion of the network projects of the regional library.

Club of needleworkers "Masterica"
The club "Masterica" is a place for communication, experience exchange of people, united by common interests in needlework. The club attracts creatively active and talented people, contributes to the awakening and development of youth interest in folk culture and art creativity; popularizes folk crafts. The creative areas of the club members are embroidery, beadwork, macramé, felting, free-woven, batik, patchwork, weaving, design, knitting, etc.

Florists' club "Violet"
The initiators of creating of amateur florists club "Violet" were permanent readers of the library and participants of the club "Our hearth" in 2004. Members of the club are both beginners - amateur florists and professionals. Floriculture activists are united by the desire to grow amazingly beautiful and diverse plants and flowers at home. At monthly meetings they discuss news from the world of flowers, exchange new varieties of flowers, hold master classes on taking care of houseplants, and demonstrate new items from the home greenhouse. Exhibitions of houseplants are regularly held at the library.

Club of veterans "Our Home" was founded in 1996 under the department of technical and agricultural literature. Members of the club "Our Home" are active readers of the library, who have dacha and garden plots, nature lovers and supporters of its prosperity. Club members come to their monthly meetings, share secrets of gardening and horticulture, experience in growing exotic plants, flowers, vegetables and fruits, acquainted with literary novelties on gardening, horticulture, landscaping.
